Overview
Omega Europe GmbH operates as a Coverholder on behalf of Lloyd’s Syndicate 958. It was established in Cologne in 2003 to complement the development of Syndicate 958’s European reinsurance account, particularly motor reinsurance. Omega Europe offers clients access to all of the Omega Group’s services and has full underwriting, claims and technical accounting authorities for all business serviced via Cologne to Syndicate 958 which ultimately assumes the risk. All financial transactions are processed through the Lloyd’s Bureau allowing transparency and the same policyholders’ protection as would be received when dealing with a Lloyd’s Syndicate directly.
The team offers a single point of contact for all enquiries relating to reinsurance business on either a proportional or non-proportional basis. Omega Europe also acts as a Lloyd’s Broker through its sister company, Omega Underwriting Agents Limited, in providing a seamless connection between the Coverholder and Syndicate 958.
